Thank you for choosing DermatNow for your online dermatology consultation. These Terms and Conditions outline the terms governing the use of our services. By using DermatNow, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Services Overview:

a. Online Consultation:

  • DermatNow provides online dermatology consultations facilitated by licensed dermatologists.

b. Medical Information:

  • Users are required to provide accurate and complete medical information for consultations.

2. Eligibility:

a. Age Requirement:

  • Users must be 18 years or older to use DermatNow’s services.

b. Geographic Limitation:

  • Our services are available to users within specified geographic regions.

3. User Responsibilities:

a. Accuracy of Information:

  • Users are responsible for providing accurate and truthful medical information.

b. Security:

  • Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and report any unauthorized access.

c. Conduct:

  • Users agree to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner during consultations.

d. Personal information

  • Users agree to share the correct identification information while opting for the service. Impersonation shall be counted as a legal offense.

4. Consultation Process:

a. Medical Advice:

  • The dermatologists at DermatNow provide advice based on the information provided, but this does not replace an in-person examination.

b. Prescription Medication:

  • Prescriptions will be issued if deemed necessary by the dermatologist. Users are responsible for following the prescribed treatment plan.

c. Emergency:

  • Since this is an online consultation, it would be difficult to manage medical and life-threatening emergencies. In case the user opts for a consult in such situations, they will be directed to the nearest tertiary care hospital for treatment and no treatment will be prescribed for life-threatening or morbid emergencies.

d. Rescheduling

  • DermatNow reserves the right to raise a request to reschedule a consultation based on availability of staff. However, the user would ultimately have the option to choose a suitable time of their choice.

e. Cancellation

  • DermatNow reserves the right to cancel an appointment raised due to unforeseen reasons. A full refund will be issued in case the service gets cancelled.

5. Payment and Fees:

a. Consultation Fees:

  • Users agree to pay the specified consultation fees for the services provided.

b. Payment Information:

  • Users must provide accurate and valid payment information. Failure to do so may result in the termination of services.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality:

a. Information Security:

  • DermatNow takes measures to secure and protect user information. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

b. Data Sharing:

  • Users acknowledge that necessary medical information may be shared with dermatologists for consultation purposes.

7. Termination of Services:

a. User Discretion:

  • Users may terminate services at any time by contacting our support team.

b. DermatNow Discretion:

  • DermatNow reserves the right to terminate services for violation of these terms or any unlawful activity.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

DermatNow reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions as needed. Users will be notified of any changes through our website.

9. Limitation of Liability:

DermatNow is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services. Users agree to use the services at their own risk.
